Some organisations need outside help with their writing, either because they have no designated writing team or because their communications team is too busy working on other material.

At Simply Put we produce clear, professional and effective writing to meet our clients’ requirements in terms of brief, purpose and audience. We like to think that we also do this with a certain amount of elegance.

We have experience in writing in a variety of styles and for a wide range of purposes. We produce copy for websites, learning materials, policy documents, reports, competitions, promotional leaflets, newsletters. And, while we maintain that all writing (especially writing for the general public) should be clear and simply put, we believe equally fiercely that this shouldn’t be at the expense of energy, interest and pizzazz. We see no point in having writing that scores as highly as possible on a readability scale if people find it too boring to read.
